Transportation

• The prices quoted for all of the tours do not include customer transportation fees
• If you don't have a vehicle, we can arrange transporation through our local taxi or limo services

Tour Booking Procedure

• If you choose to book online, YOU STILL NEED TO CALL 48 hours in advance to confirm your tour.
• Tours can also be booked with VISA/MC directly over the phone: (530) 581-4336.  (our preferred method)
• Please list your phone number if purchasing with Paypal so we can contact you with any changes that may arise with your tour.
• We can usually book any of our tours for you with 48 hours notice (depending on guide, truck, and kayak availability).
• TCK runs kayak tours from May 1st through September 30th.  (We'll operate in October if weather cooperates)
• Private tours are possible if you pay the equivalent cost of 6 clients or more.

Cancellation Policy

• You will get a full refund if you cancel 48 hours prior to the tour date. 
• If you cancel before 4pm the day before your tour, you will receive a 50% refund. 
• If cancelled any time after 4pm the day before the tour, you will not receive a refund.
